Firestone FS560 Plus 16 Ply/Continental HSR

We went from Good Year 670 to Firestone 560 and there wasn't a huge price difference the Goodyears were more but I heard people complaining so I asked the dealer and they had both tire in stock with about the same date 6 & 7 weeks old and he suggested the Firestone tires I not only saved a few bucks but a farmer give me 100 bucks each-I realize they looked brand new but they were 6yrs old and most say after 7 yrs start thinking of replacing them even if they look good-We only got one trip to Fl and but they seem to be as good or better than the old Goodyears-If I remember right they are 14 ply so maybe a little stiffer side wall?-Rich
