Not everyone who has a Georgetown has problems and not everyone with a Winnebago has a perfect unit. A friend has an identical layout same year Winne Adventurer to my Georgetown and he has had more structural problems than he would care to admit.
Cracked wall panels over the drivers door, cap joining walls and roof moving and cracking.
I am happy with my Georgetown which I bought new and lots more out there are happy too. Georgetown was the highest sales for GAs Class "A" units for a few years.
