Looks like a workable plan. The drop down couch for sleeping: will that be a problem for one of the two(if two) getting across at night to go to the bathroom. Why a cassette toilet and I assume you will have it as a wet bath ie with shower? That large l-shaped space across from the fridge/micro: what will go there? I admire your ingenuity and hope it all works out fine.
