I don't know how large you are but 24x72 makes an awfully small bed. Try shorting up a bed at home to see how that works out. You may want to try to steal a couple of extra inches for you although one short side may be OK for the DW (or DGF). They're a little longer but look at the units from Blazin' Belltech
