Looks like a workable plan. The drop down couch for sleeping: will that be a problem for one of the two(if two) getting across at night to go to the bathroom. Why a cassette toilet and I assume you will have it as a wet bath ie with shower? That large l-shaped space across from the fridge/micro: what will go there? I admire your ingenuity and hope it all works out fine.
Welcome

I haven't figured out how I will do the middle part of the bed, drop down table? or just by adding a plywood hidden under the seat?
Anyways If we sleep from side to side one will have cross over the other to go to the bathroom but if we sleep head in the back feet in front it should be ok.
And that's only when the 72"x72" bed is made, if I'm camping with my brother or friend we will each have our 26"x72" bed with the alley in the middle.
I haven't decided the bathroom concept yet, I created a thread with a lot of questions about waste management, what is the best option in my case? I have no experience so I'm relying on you guys ;)
I first thought about installing the type of bathrooms(toilet/shower combo) I've seen in the pop up trailers, molded into one piece like this one and add plastic covered plywood all around, that's where the cassette idea originated from.

AL I don't know what you mean, the I-shaped space? in what section of my plan do you see this?
Also I'm working on another version of my plan, by inverting bathroom and the sink/stove module but leaving the fridge in that corner, I will be able to choose a bigger fridge, I was thinking maybe a 5cu ft. It will also open up the area, by not blocking the side door windows. I will post my drawings very soon to get feedback from you guys.
thanks again!
