That layout with the bathroom behind the driver is better. It offers more privacy in the bathroom when in use, moves the cassette to the roadside like most other waste systems and allow someone in the galley to look out into the campsite. The cassette toilet/shower combo is something I wish more builders would adopt. I have nothing but good things to say about the system that was in my PUP.
However...I would mount a swing out TV mount on the wall behind the toilet. When tight against the wall it is useable in the "bedroom" and when you swing it out, you can see it from the front of your RV. You will have more and cheaper choices for a TV. That hang down unit is neat looking, but limited and it's going to leave a mark when you need to replace it.
People have complained about on demand water heaters. It may not be the best choice.
