Suggestion on the fridge... if you are going to get a generator, which will be adequate to charge your batteries, consider going with a 12V fridge like an Engel or ARB, instead of an ammonia absorption type.
If you are going to be mostly in campgrounds you could get an electric site and use an electric space heater.
Eliminating propane usage for heat & fridge would let you run off the small bottles and eliminate the need for a tank and piping.
