Well JT we are not far behind you. We will be leaving about mid Nov and not planning on returning until end of May ourselves. This will be our first long term travel and winter away from home as the DW just retired about 7 weeks ago. We plan on traveling to Florida first, visiting our son stationed in Pensacola Navy base then on down to in laws for the holidays where our two kids will join us. After that heading out west to the desert for a while then on to San Diego and up to Carmel to visit friends and family. Finally ending up in Moab for some fun. First time in a long time that we have no time frame on our plans or destinations, just gonna do as we please enjoying our time together. On the way home stopping in Iowa for our daughters graduation from grad school We are so excited we can hardly stand it. Go and enjoy it and build some great memories. That's what were planning on doing. Safe travels!!
