Very good info for the first time MH buyer. I agree the MH has to fit the buyers needs. Also a lot of us have posted our own experiences when buying a MH. Some good some bad. And its these post that help all of us when buying a new or used MH. I saved almost 25% of list price on my new MH. I think New MH buyers should be aware, excpecialy with no trade involved.
