Hello Nomadac,
I read your post and am wondering if you bought your Travel Supreme from M&M Camping, Trenton, MI.
I looked at a new 2003 at M&M but decided to continue looking. Your post stated that this is your first Class A, thus you don;t have any other unit to comapare to other than possibly driving or riding in someone elses unit.
I have a Monaco with a solid front axle and understand the independent front suspension found on the Spartan, Freightliner and Country Coach are superior in ride and handling.
I would appreciate your comments after driving your unit for a while as well as comments from anyone you know or have talked to about the difference in the two suspensions. Your input will help me make the correct decision when I finally upgrade to a newer unit.
Thanks and good luck,
