The info has been great as we are a new class A owner as well. We purchased a 1985 Foretravel 38' and have been doing a total renovation in the last 6 months. My question right now is I do not understand about the tag axle and my husband doesn't really either. My main question is. We just purchased 8 new goodyear Rv tires for the MH and they are all at 90 lbs, But the original manual from the MH manufacter states that the tag axle should be no higher PSI then 70. So which is it? Do we lower the tag axle tires to 70 psi and drive with it that way or do we do what the tire states and that is 90 psi so they are not under inflated. I do know that the tag axle is not to be the load bearing axle.
Any answers would be greatly appreciated and most welcome.
Thanks in advance,
