Peg I have an alfa Seeya (2004). I have heard nightmare stories about the service support system from alfaleisure. I can only tell you I have had NO trouble with the unit that wasnt OUR fault, so we have had no such experience with alfa. We think this is the most day to day liveable unit on the market. The prices right now are wonderful for the new units.
Tiffin has an excellent reputation for customer support, going out of their way to help or correct any problems found. I've often said.. if I ever lost my alfa, a tiffin phaeton will be my next rv.. the one with 4 slides, king size bed and a tub... just cause I love a king size bed and a tub and I think having 4 slides would be so roomy... but could be a problem insome campgrounds. The tub and big bed are worth it, in my humble opinion.
I've had no experience with the new Alfas, so I can't advise you on their quality... but you wont find a brighter rv with more windows than an alfa.
