If you are asking an opinion; the answer is yes; this is normal. "You Will Not Get What You Thought You Paid For". Good luck on getting warranty work done. Anything that isn't WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT didn't happen by law, unless you can prove it by witnesses. You must assume that every word that the salesmen says is a lie; period. Always have a good attorney in your back pocket. It is a requirement for doing business in the RV Industry. I look at the RV salesmen the same way I look at a used car salesmen
Well what we do NOW when we buy something that "has warranty, will be ready tomorrow, etc etc.. AND THE SALES FOLKS DO NOT LIKE IT ON BIT.. BRING THE VIDEO CAMERA, today's paper to establish date and RECORD ALL OF IT.. start to finish.. promises and all.. if they will NOT GO ALONG. then walk out the door.. as the honest folks have zero problems with such a thing.. takes a bit so chutzpah to do so..but it is after all your money and their word.. never had one issue of it with any honest types.. been doing it for years and only once had to use COPY Of tape to encourage "memory".. and courts will look at such stuff if done right, more so if the seller acknowledges the tape is on..
