First time motorhome buyer where is the water heater bypass?

I have a 2005 Hurricane and my 3 valves are behind a short panel under the kitchen sink . Remove the panel and turn the 3 valves appropriately. In the winter close the top and bottom and open the center, Just opposite in springtime
