I don't think you wanna blast the roof right away. If you haven't tested the bejaysus out of it already, I'd just run a hose up there and turn the water on to make sure there are no leaks up there already. If you have a leak and take a power washer to it, you've gone made it worse.
If you have a leak, get the roof looked at by a pro. I learned by mistake with my first. Bought it, put a couple grand into it before discovering a leak in the roof. Further inspection showed that the roof was finished and needed replacement. Despite having already put a couple grand into it, it wasn't worth the cost of replacing the roof on top of that, so that one was gone in favour of our Itasca. Expensive lesson.
