I have looket at it closely, there is a crack in the rubber sheeting in the back that clearly shows wet rot wood underneath.

The front has two panels that were replaced from inside, the outside (rooftop) is concave and will be a puddling problem on level surfaces.
The rear interior does have a leak, there is brown streams in the corner presumably from the rear roof, there is no soft spots anywhere throughout, so its in the beginning stages and needs patch/seal compound asap. This is the essence of the washing endeavor. it is afterall a 35 year old dodge powered class A.
