Ok so with some trial and error I got the holes rear of the AC covered.
Soon to tear down the sagging front roof, looking for a metal fab place that can provide us with a sheet of aluminum to stretch from side to side and AC to fiberglass nose, might be better, longer if not definate protection from future leaking.
Note to others; do not attempt to use great stuff to fill dead space caused by tearing out rippled wood.
