You have got a lot of loose wires there. If you go with the deep cycle the 6 volt batteries get hooked up with one neg. terminal connected to the next positive terminal in the middle. The 2 will add volts together to give 12 V. The advantage of doing this is to get higher amperage than just using 12V batteries. If you don't plan on using the MH for boondocking and using with no hookups that is the way to go. If you are planning to always have hookups then 1 12V battery could serve very well for the house battery. You also have a battery isolator there that will charge both battery sets from the motor generator when driving. I can see the wiring diagram on the side of it.
