Pay $$ to have a 3rd party inspector (eg: mobile RV tech that you trust and is not cozy with the RV dealerships) to do an inspection of the RVs for you. They will likely call out far more items that need attending to than you will on your own. Use their findings as your punch list with the dealerships to see what they will and will not repair - AND for those items that they won't repair, what consideration will they give you in lieu of each repair.
