Yes all of us other "Arm Chair" carpenters can sit back and enjoy a cold one while Spectramac makes his progress.
Rebuilding is a lot harder than building from scratch when you are trying to utilize as much of the existing external skin and matching the current internal components. All the while correcting all of the OEM's shortcomings.
There is a difference between a Carpenter and a framer just as there are differences between a artist and a painter.
