Yes, leveling the entire chassis would be a great idea. Not sure if that was what you meant, but I'd go for it. It will make it a lot easier to rebuild, having a level base to work from.
:SOops, just realized that you were talking about leveling (as in total demolition)to the main deck.
Anyway...you probably already figured to level the chassis....
And as far as the boat is concerned.....we're enjoying this a whole lot more! I work on a boat....RVing is fun....to me, boats are work!:R
Besides, (not knowing the size of your boat), having the RV will come in real handy, when DW kicks you out of the house for spending all your time working on either the boat or the RV.....The RV will be a whole lot more comfortable.:B
