Was just wondering on the "Plastic wood" that totally makes since I never thought about the glueing factor lol I have a can of that rubberized undercoating in my garage somewhere when I find it Ill get the name for you. I had used that on my jeep in the doors and in the back between the outer shell and inner parts to keep vibration down it worked good Im not sure but i do think it was a bit messy till it dried. I also don't remember having any issues with vapors of stuff from ot though:)
