Just another thought, looking at the construction photos of a production line, the manufacturers put the largest cabinets and fixtures inside before placing the walls. When I replaced the fridge in a camper, I had to remove the door frame in order to just barely scrape it in. Left a little paint on the edges of the doorway, too. Some of the cabinets may also be too large to easily fit, as well.
