Hi Spectramac! I have to admit your post is the reason I joined this site and you are truly my hero with all the hard work you have done. I didn't read all 47 pages but did at least look at the (pretty?) pictures. I sure don't envy you but do admire and share you tenasity (sp?) for the nearly impossible.
We just purchased a 1978 Dodge Brougham and have reframed, reinsulated, repainted, repapered and rewelted our entire sleeping area above the driving area and are now in the process of removing and reputtying the windows. It is no where near the project you have but when I showed my husband your pictures he replied "you would have had me do the same thing if you could!" Fortunately for him we don't have the space that you do but all that we have done we have done in the Home Depot parking lot (that includes lots of sawing and tearing stuff apart).
Anyway, GREAT JOB and I can't wait to see your finished RV!
