I winter in Arizona and consider Arizona to be very RV friendly state as they know we bring money to the state. The problem I have seen was hippie type people with old beat up RV's like to take up residence in Walmart parking lots etc. These people ruin it for the majority of us who are just passing through and might stay for a night there. I don't blame the owners of the property for kicking those squatters;) off their property.
