One thing we like about Flagstaff is it's predictability. Since we travel mostly in the Winter months we can always count on snow on the ground in Flagstaff.
Flagstaff is almost 2000 feet higher than mile high Denver and from about October to April there is always a good chance of snow in Flagstaff.
