I have an '04 Diplomat with the 330 and the setup is likely the same. For me, on the engine is the FS1022. In the driver side compartment, it should be the FS1242, and yes it has a clear plastic bowl that screws on the bottom to let you check for (and drain) water in the fuel before each trip. You can buy the filter and bowl together, then after that just buy the filter...
The prior owner of my rig had put a non-Fleetguard filter in the driver side compartment and I bought the filter/bowl combo online, but having a heck of a time finding it now. I will keep looking...
UPDATE
OK, I found it. I typically buy my filters from the Ryder Fleet website because I can seldom find the 3 filters I need on any other single website. So the part number for the filter/separator that includes the bowl is FS1242B. After you buy that once, you can then just buy the FS1242.
