Wow, here goes.
First of all, the battery tray does NOT slide. but it looked like it would. I was with you tho, thinking it would. then on the battery age. My guy is a bit up on me. He had replaced the batteries I April of this year. So now, I sit here with a red face. The batteries did need a little water, but, what went into all the batteries would have fit in an 8 ounce baby bottle. Tropical36, we do not have the AGM batteries. Our batteries are not located any other electrical equipment. They reside by themselves in their own compartment. This motorhome is great. Love it.
