We found a 2011 Fleetwood Storm Motor Home that has 8000 miles on it. Its 31 feet long and the model is 30SA. Its in excellent condition and the reason its being sold is because the guys wife died. Looks in excellent shape. I believe its the Ford V10 gas motor.
Is there anything (concerns or issues) that I should know about before I purchase this RV.

Nope, nothing more than any other very slightly used coach. Sounds like a good buy if you like they layout.
