According to the TV guy, who fires cannon balls through boats, the stuff is pretty good. But, it doesn’t work for me. I once sprayed some on a new hatch cover. Thinking the cover would last longer. After about a year parked outside I could rub it off with my hand. I have seen similar results in other applications.

Best use the good stuff, as gbopp suggested.

Hmmmmmm. Of course we are new at this but seems to me that every year one has to inspect and reseal parts of their roofs which leads me to wonder how good the "good stuff" really is. If I have to reseal every year it would appear that, if it works, a rubber spray would be easier, faster and less messy.
