Florida cracking down on out of State plates ?

I know this may seem like a soap box, but I have a question. Why all the hype about "privacy" at medical facilities? Medical folks have to spend a large part of their day making sure they don't reveal any private information. Big Brother is watching everywhere else, why is a hospital/health care facility any different?
