Florida cracking down on out of State plates ?

Driving down Hwy 1 in the Miami/Hollywood area today, the Florida Hwy Patrol had cameras set up along one stretch of the hwy with the following warning sign set up. One trooper said they were looking ...

Vehicle plates are much cheaper in FL. then IN.
Vehicle insurance may be a different thing. :)
FL has no state income tax, IN does.
