FL has no state income tax, IN does.
That’s true but people are claiming they live over ½ year in both states to obtain home owner occupied property tax deductions in each state. By doing this, property taxes go up for all other taxpayers. One county auditor has collected over $250,000 in back taxes from such people and anticipates much more.
