Florida cracking down on out of State plates ?

Driving down Hwy 1 in the Miami/Hollywood area today, the Florida Hwy Patrol had cameras set up along one stretch of the hwy with the following warning sign set up. One trooper said they were looking ...

I think they are looking for people working in Florida with out of state licenses. Fl. law is to have Florida license to work and live here, and they are looking for out of date decals. And, they are not targeting out of state visitors.
