FloridaCameraTurnPike tolls w/TOAD ?

I was at one of those in Fla. a few years ago it was a .25 cent toll I didn't have any change,no place for a creit card no place for a bill so I just drove threw.
afew mounths later I got a bill for 25 cents had to write a check!!!???

Going through Houston with the Texas tag billing sticker on rv windshield and got charged for the toad also. At 8 miles per gallon Taking the long way to avoid the toll frequently fails

Agree we got sunpass still have a little on it. doesn't expire as I understand. The one we got sticks to the windshield. Got it at grocery store and activated it online. A little time but no problem to do. Larry

In this case, the toll is no more than a money grab by the state. The bridge was opened in 1940, SEVENTY THREE YEARS AGO, and the tolls are exorbitantly high. The bridge itself, being so old, is outdated for the traffic it carries, and since the road it serves is 4 lanes while the bridge is just two lanes, backups are frequent.

We got a bill from Florida almost a year after we were there. I had forgotten, but there it was, my car and license plate. And yes, I was in Miami at the time. Denver has them around the airport. That bill came much quicker.

I agree. Shut the d@M# things down. We don't need any bridges anyway.

No different than a truck pulling a trailer. You will be charged for the number of axles.

Ditto on Colorado! Had no idea what it was costing until over a month when the bill came in to home
