Yeah, been reported several times over the last year or so.

Only applied to discounts to trucking companies, NOT to just single transactions, like ours, at the pumps.

yes they were cheating the smaller trucking company that wasnt using computers to track the rebate in fuel savings... sickening i work for a major trucking company and we wasnt targeted but are fortunate to be large enought to have a fuel dept and stuff in place to track and trace these type things.
