Thanks for all the post and I to am a long time customer and yea the manger did ask them to move after they said it would another hr till they got done. I go out of my way to find Jays on our trips and have for years but it just seems that there rv customers are 2nd class customers and the drivers are king. It want that way with the original Jays. Pilot stations could still learn a lot from them. I have a family member that works for Loves and he is in the planning stages and says they are trying to model there new stores like the old Jays . It is sad when a big company takes over another smaller one then run them in to the ground .
