Flying Jays going Down Hill since Pilot took over

When Pilot first acquired Flying J there were a few administrative bumps, but those seem to have worked themselves out. We Primarily use Flying J in our travels. The last few years we have stopped at a Flying J around 15 times per year. Count us in the satisfied customer group.

I should note that we only use the truck lanes. We also time our stops for mid morning or mid afternoon.
