Flying Jays going Down Hill since Pilot took over

As an over the road driver at the time, the PILOT stops never impressed me. The parking lot was usually before the pumps, so if you wanted a shower you had to fuel up then drive around the building again to park, exactly backwards of ALL other truck stops. Then the store itself had only the bare basics, no set down restaurant fast food junk only. It seemed their main aim was to fuel trucks and then almost force the drivers to GET OUT OF THERE, don't spend the night, shower, eat etc.
