Flying Jays going Down Hill since Pilot took over

I had hoped that the Pilot stores would come up to the level of cleanliness and general service that the J's had when they merged. It is evident from out last three trips to the west coast from Mo that they have done just the opposite. I avoided several chains because of the dirty conditions around their pumps and the inoperative or non-existant features at the pumps. having to remove my shoes after using the pumps at a truck stop isn't considered normal as far as I am concerned.
