Flying j was the cheapest since they hedged fuel but it caught up to them one time and they were going bankrupt and had to sell themselves. Nobody else was hedging to there extent.
The cheapest generally is Murphy's Oil at select Walmart Supercenters. I use and fuel-up diesel @ Lucky's/Kroger's/RaceTrac/Hy-Vee/Casey's a lot when O-T-R.
