FMC Tire Price or Discount

If BF Goodrich makes the same size tire they are the same tire as the Michelin and will save you substantial $$. I found this out the hard way when I installed 4 Michelins for $3100....OUCH. The BF Goodrich tires would have saved me about $1000. Both are priced on the FMCA site under the Michelin tire program.

We had to have our front tires replaced under Michelin's warranty. We were getting a vibration at 60-68 mph. Nothing seemed to help, balancing or shocks (Prevost replaced the Bilstein shocks for new Koni shocks under warranty).

The invoice was showing $1,008 per tire as they are 365's. My understanding is that Michelin is the only company that makes the 365. We have 365's on the front and tag axles, 315's on the drive axle.

We just bought 255 80R 22.5 and with the FMCA discount we saved about $63 per tire

I bought my Toyo's a year ago for 1/2 that price for the rears and replaced the steers two years ago. Really could tell the difference in handling from the two. The Toyo's are a stiffer tire and so don't squiggle.

When I bought my Michelins, 2 years ago thru FMCA I didn't have to pay for tire shipping.

I have an FMC -see signature-, but can't give you a discount so better call FMCA! Yes, you can call FMCA for information as that is one of the ways they convince people to join the group. It is one of many benefits for the small price of membership.

Not too sure about the $269. I doubt the unit price has come down by $111 since 2013. That's why I posted. Hoping someone would respond with actual dollars that they had recently paid. P.S. - Can't call FMC, I'm not currently a member.
