I did not find the savings to be that big of a deal when I had a dealer in TX install 4 new 12R 22.5 tires. You don't get any information up front as to costs either from Michelin or the dealer. They both tell you to register your CC, go to the dealer and have them installed and you will be billed by Michelin. The add-on charges from the dealer appears to have wiped out much of any saving being offered by Michelin and I don't believe that Michelin has any control over these charges.
