Bill, this is not correct. As soon as the documents are filed with the state, "recreation vehicles" will be allowed to join. This filing is happening now and the expected date that they will be joining is December 6th.
The official definition of what a "recreation vehicle" is won't happen until the July Governing Board meeting in Gillette.
The president has no say as to what, or when this is completed.
I'm curious......no dog in this one but what would need to filed with a state? Is their a state that regulates RV clubs?
