You can, but you would have to remove the window from the MH, and remove the dual pane lites from the frame to find the leak. Since you have done 50% or more of the work to repair them, why not do it right. The main problem is the spacer has desiccant built into it, and the old spacer in now depleted. The new spacer should give many years of service, if done correctly. You can do as you like, as it is your MH. I'm just trying to save you some time and money. The easiest way is to have a company do them for you, but the satisfactions of doing it yourself will be very good for your ego, and you could help others with this problem.
