On the Goodyear chart the bold means that for the "F" rated tire, 4080 pounds is the heaviest weight that tire can handle. As you go to the right, you will find the heaviest weight that the "G" rated tire can handle.
(Same rim diameter and dimensions tire available in 2 different load ratings)
