I have heard bad things about this organization. Anyone who offers a service for a fee that you could do for free is a bad idea IMHO. The exception being consignment who takes a percentage of usually about 10%. I sold my last MH on craigslist. Actually I've sold almost everything I wanted to sell on CL. Price it right and it will sell. Common sense usually cuts through all the spam responders you will get. As far as buyer financing, bank of the west brokers a lot of RV loans and they have a process in place to do everything for the buyer. They will order an appraisal, deal with bank payoffs etc. If you are leery, make sure you meet potential buyers in a public place like a mall parking lot. A lot of local police now offer monitored spaces to make exchanges for private sale items. When you finalize the sale you could always ask to do it like a closing at your local bank (or theirs) with a cashier's check or money transfer. A serious buyer will have no issue with any of that. They may actually prefer to do it that way as it's safer for all parties.
