So we are selling our MH that currently has a $50,000 balance on the loan. We are going to try and sell ourselves if we can to make the extra money that we'll lose by trading it in on the new 5th whee...

I sold my fiver a couple years ago and the buyer and myself went to the main branch of my credit union, they actually held the titles there. My bank called his bank for drafting instructions and wired the money over. Once it his my bank, they handed me the title and I signed it over to him.
