Chassis problems would be handled by a Ford dealer or (if not covered by warranty) an independent truck mechanic. Along the same lines, tire problems are best handled by a tire shop.
Chances are you won't have many or any warranty problems with the chassis; they're generally among the most reliable bits of a class C. Normal maintenance is, of course, to be expected, things like brake work.
