I go to a Ford truck dealership. Being in a rural area where dealerships are sparse, most of our small city dealerships are truck dealerships. If you are in a major metro area, there may be only one or two truck dealerships, Ford's website (and a phone number in your owner's manual) can help you find them.
RV dealerships often don't do chassis work, and those that do, don't always do so well.
For some chassis issues, like wheel alignment, I go to an independent shop that handles medium-duty trucks. Actually, it is the same shop my local Ford dealer uses for this sort of work, rather than handling it in house.
